Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time (Domestic):
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via our trusted carriers. Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping:
Halo & Honey proudly offers interternational shipping. Delivery times vary by destination, but most international orders arrive within 7-14 business days after processing.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
  • Delivery times may vary based on customers clearance and local postal services.
  • We do not cover lost or delayed packages due to international customs procedures.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Delays:
Delays may occur during high-demand periods, holidays, or due to factors outside of our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather conditions). We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Halo & Honey purchase.

However, please double-check your order before checkout. If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or refund in accordance with 2-days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair extensions, wigs, or opened hair care products.

Process:

  1. Contact our customer care team at halohoneycollection@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning your item.

  3. Refunds will be processed to your original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund.
