Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time (Domestic):
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via our trusted carriers. Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping:
Halo & Honey proudly offers interternational shipping. Delivery times vary by destination, but most international orders arrive within 7-14 business days after processing.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
  • Delivery times may vary based on customers clearance and local postal services.
  • We do not cover lost or delayed packages due to international customs procedures.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Delays:
Delays may occur during high-demand periods, holidays, or due to factors outside of our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather conditions). We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy for Non-Klarna Purchases

We want you to love your Halo & Honey purchase.

Please double-check your order before checkout. If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 2 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Returns or refunds must be requested within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair extensions that have been unraveled or have broken zip ties.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • If all items in the customer's order are correct, the customer will be responsible for providing and paying for the return shipping label.

  • If all items in the customer's are correct, and the customer requests a refund, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection, handling, and processing costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer care team at halohoneycollection@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the item is received and inspected, minus the restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement.


Disclaimer for Klarna Purchases – 14-Day Right to Return (Free Postage)

This section applies only to orders placed using Klarna as the payment method.

Customers who purchase using Klarna have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in accordance with Klarna’s merchant protection and consumer rights policies.

Eligibility Requirements (Klarna Orders Only)

To qualify for a Klarna return and refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery

  • Items must be unopened, unused, unaltered, and in original packaging

  • Due to sanitary and hygiene reasons, opened or used hair products are not eligible for return

  • All original contents must be included

Return Shipping (Klarna Orders)

  • Free return postage is provided for eligible Klarna returns

  • Customers must use the return label provided once the return is approved

Returns sent without prior approval or to an incorrect address may not be accepted.

Refund Processing (Klarna Orders)

  • Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 business days

  • Refunds are issued directly to Klarna, and Klarna will update the customer’s payment plan accordingly

  • Restocking fees do not apply to Klarna purchases

  • Store credit or exchanges are not offered for Klarna purchases — refunds only

This 14-day free return policy applies exclusively to Klarna purchases and does not extend to orders placed using any other payment method.

All non-Klarna purchases remain subject to Halo & Honey’s standard Return Policy, including applicable restocking fees, customer-provided shipping labels, return windows, and eligibility requirements.

This policy is in place to compliment and comply with Klarna’s merchant protection standards.
